RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If there is a problem with your order please reach out via email or DM on instagram (@ispyarchive) within 3 days after receiving it and we'll be happy to help.
AUTHENTICITY
All of our products are sourced secondhand from reputable sellers directly in Japan and guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Further, all orders will receive a certificate of authentication from trusted verification sites such as Entrupy or LegitGrails.
ITEM CONDITION
We display all measurements and condition information under the description of each item. If there's something not included, please reach out via email or DM on instagram (@ispyarchive) and we're more than happy to answer questions or provide additional photos.
Due to the secondhand nature of our items there may be normal signs of wear and tear. Please carefully inspect all photos before purchase since we do not accept refunds due to item condition.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped from the United States. Domestic shipping is $15 uninsured and $20 fully insured. International shipping is calculated upon checkout. All domestic packages require a signature upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen items.
Please note that international packages are subject to duty fees/import taxes upon arrival which will be billed separately by DHL.
All packages will be shipped within 3 business days.
ISPYARCHIVE is not responsible for delayed or lost packages after they've been given to the postal carrier.
WHAT IS OUR GRADING SCALE?
Items come to us pre-loved, which means they may show signs of normal wear and tear. The condition of each item is denoted under each listing with either an A, A/B, or B grade and a description of their flaws/signs of wear.
An A grade mean the item has been kept in near perfect condition with minimal to no visible flaws.
An A/B grade mean the item shows a few imperfections that are easily visible.
A B grade means the item shows many imperfections.
Most items will have an A or A/B grade. All signs of wear will be noted and visible in pictures. Please carefully examine everything as we do not accept refunds related to item condition.
